Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tyniy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Tyniy is a photo compression application that allows users to:

• Compress JPEG and HEIC images with professional quality algorithms
• Import photos from external drives, SD cards, and photo library
• Resize photos to optimize file sizes and storage requirements
• Export compressed photos to various destinations including Photos app and Files
• Batch processing for efficient workflow management

All processing is performed locally on your device with no data transmission to external servers.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Legal compliance: Using the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Content rights: Ensuring you have rights to compress and modify photos you process
• Data backup: Maintaining backups of important photos before compression
• Lawful use: Using the app for lawful purposes only
• Accurate information: Providing accurate information if you contact support

In-App Purchases

Tyniy offers optional in-app purchases:

• App Store processing: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• One-time payments: Purchases are one-time payments with no recurring subscriptions
• Refund policy: Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Device binding: Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and device
• Restore functionality: Use "Restore Purchases" to restore purchases on new devices
• Purchase verification: All purchases are verified locally on your device

Intellectual Property

Tyniy and its original content are owned by Milivon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineering: Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Distribution: Copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• Trademark violations: Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Brand misuse: Use the app's name or branding without permission

Important: You retain all rights to your photos and compressed images. Tyniy does not claim any ownership over your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tyniy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain high quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous operation: Uninterrupted or error-free functionality
• Universal compatibility: Compatibility with all file formats or devices
• Data protection: Prevention of data loss or corruption
• Performance: Specific compression ratios or processing speeds

Important: Always maintain backups of your original photos before processing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milivon and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect damages: Including but not to limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption
• Consequential damages: Arising from your use of Tyniy
• Incidental damages: Related to app functionality or performance
• Data corruption: Loss or corruption of photos during processing

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and delete it from your device.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is protected by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms:

• Zero data collection: No personal data is collected or transmitted
• Local processing: All operations happen on your device
• No tracking: No analytics or behavioral monitoring
• User control: Complete control over your photos and data

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party:

• User termination: You may terminate by deleting the app from your device
• Violation termination: We may terminate access if you violate these terms
• Survival: Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property survive termination
• Purchase retention: Purchased features remain available as long as the app is installed

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service:
